This agreement defines the relationship between LallaGo and the Driver-Guide, registered as a self-employed person. She offers secure mobility and guidance services to other women via the LallaGo platform.
The Guide acts independently, under the self-employed status. She is neither an employee, nor a taxi driver, nor a private hire vehicle operator. LallaGo acts solely as a platform connecting clients and guides.
Bonuses and loyalty programs may be offered under special conditions to be communicated by LallaGo. Their allocation will depend on performance, loyalty, ride volume, and customer satisfaction.
The Companion undertakes to uphold the values of safety, respect, punctuality, cleanliness, and kindness. Any behavior contrary to these principles may result in immediate account suspension.
No official insurance is currently in place. LallaGo is exploring options for the future but does not provide any coverage at this time. Each Companion remains responsible for their own personal and vehicle insurance.
LallaGo complies with Moroccan data protection laws (CNDP). The Companion authorizes the use of their data solely for the operation, payment, and security of the service.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice. LallaGo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate an account in the event of serious misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
Disputes will initially be resolved amicably. In the event of a dispute, Moroccan law applies, with jurisdiction in Rabat.
Electronic acceptance via the LallaGo app or signing the onboarding form constitutes full agreement with these terms and conditions.
LallaGo is a digital matchmaking platform and acts solely as an intermediary between Drivers and Clients. Under no circumstances can LallaGo be held liable for the actions, omissions, behavior, or failures of Drivers or Clients, whether during, before, or after using the platform and performing the services.
LallaGo disclaims all liability for:
• Any damage, loss, injury, inconvenience, or dispute arising from the relationship between the Driver and the Client.
• The suitability, reliability, punctuality, or quality of the services provided by Drivers.
• Compliance with local regulations by Driver-Guides, including, but not limited to, driver's licenses, vehicle insurance, and tax compliance.
• Any technical issues, service interruptions, or platform failures, except in cases of proven gross negligence on the part of LallaGo.
Use of the LallaGo platform implies full acceptance by users (Drivers-Guides and Clients) that any interaction and service provided via the platform are their sole and complete responsibility. They agree to resolve any disputes that may arise directly between themselves, without involving LallaGo.
