1. Company Information

The Platform LallaGo. is operated and owned by Hani Mobility Services LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Delaware, United States.

LallaGo. operates in Morocco through a local license holder in compliance with Moroccan law. The Platform itself, its intellectual property, and technical infrastructure remain under ownership and control of Hani Mobility Services LLC.

2. Nature of Services

LallaGo. provides a digital platform that connects independent female drivers with female riders/customers.

3. User Status & Responsibilities

Drivers

• Must be independent contractors (e.g., Auto-Entrepreneur status in Morocco).
• Responsible for licensing, taxation, insurance, and compliance.
• Must not share accounts or allow third parties to operate under their profile.

4. Payments

You receive payment direct from the customer in cash. Refunds and bonuses for your loyalty we will top up on your wallet.

LallaGo. may collect platform fees (commission or subscription) as disclosed within the Platform. LallaGo. is not a payment processor or financial intermediary for the entire ride amount.

5. Safety & Verification

LallaGo. provides safety tools such as verified profiles, location sharing, and SOS functions. We take reasonable steps to remove fraudulent accounts.

However, LallaGo. cannot guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, nor can we guarantee safety during rides.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LallaGo. shall not be liable for any accidents, incidents, crimes, misconduct, negligence, loss, injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from the use of the Platform.

Drivers and riders are solely responsible for their own actions, behavior, and safety. LallaGo. provides the Platform "as is" and makes no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Compliance With Local Law

Drivers operating in Morocco must comply with Moroccan regulations (e.g., Auto-Entrepreneur registration, insurance, taxation).

LallaGo.'s local license holder ensures legal operation in Morocco. Nothing in these Terms shall override mandatory Moroccan consumer protection or safety laws.

8. Suspension & Termination

LallaGo. may suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or fake profiles.
• Misuse of the Platform.
• Breaches of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. For Moroccan operations, local mandatory laws apply only to the extent required.

Any disputes shall be resolved under Delaware law, unless mandatory Moroccan jurisdiction applies to specific local matters.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits, revenues, or data.
• Damages exceeding the amount of fees paid to LallaGo. in the past 12 months.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Data is collected and processed under our Privacy Policy, in line with:
– U.S. and EU data principles (where applicable)
– Moroccan law (for local operations)
